Northpower really invests in their apprentices. Strong cadetship programme, proper mentoring, and you can tell they're proud of the Northland community they serve. Pay increases were fair and regular.

Some supervisors are fantastic, others don't have time for you. Really depends on which crew you're placed with. Training through the polytechnic is well organised and the company fully pays for it. Just wish the on-site mentorship was more consistent.
